We currently have a couple of vacant beds available at our residential homes across our Mirfield, Barnsley and Wakefield sites. This presents an excellent opportunity for a new resident to join our community, where we provide high-quality care and a supportive environment.
Our dedicated staff team, including a home with nursing provision are specially trained to support a range of complex medical conditions. We are committed to ensuring the well-being and comfort of all our residents.
Our on-site therapy and assistive technology team support each individual to provide them with what they need to live a full and happy life.
Our facilities offer a home for people with complex physical disabilities and associated communication, sensory and learning difficulties.
Facilities also available include a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy and rebound service along with a dedicated adult enrichment service.
For our children we care for, we have two dedicated homes along with an outstanding rated school.
Overall, we offer specialist residential and nursing services in Yorkshire alongside a SEND nursery and school and adult enrichment services. We would be happy to provide more information or arrange a visit to our homes.

Oak House and Acorns is a six-bed community home for adults with a range of complex physical and learning disabilities and or sensory impairments in Worsborough just outside the centre of Barnsley
Poplars is a 12-bed residential home for adults with learning disabilities, physical
disabilities, and complex needs including positive behaviour support needs. It forms part of the Meadows development on our Mirfield site.
Sycamores is an eight bedroom, fully accessible home, located in the heart of South Kirkby.
Each of the eight en-suite rooms leads out onto a shared patio and garden area outside, and there is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen for all to share.
Orchard Court is our children’s residential home in Mirfield.
It boasts seven accessible, en-suite rooms, all of which are wheelchair adapted and fitted with tracking hoists.
Brambles is our second children’s residential home in Mirfield. It boasts eight accessible, en-suite rooms, all of which are wheelchair adapted and fitted with tracking hoists.
