The Bradbury Centre

Hydrotherapy Centre

The Bradbury Centre is Hollybank’s hydrotherapy and rebound therapy centre, located adjacent to the Elms Centre on our main site in Mirfield.

The centre comprises, a sensory hydrotherapy pool, Spa Pool and an activities room for rebound sessions and floor-based activities.

Benefits of Hydrotherapy

Our specialist hydrotherapy pool and spa provide the perfect environment and facilities for people to achieve their potential, be active and to just have fun and relax.

The benefits of rebound and hydrotherapy for children, young people and adults with profound and multiple learning and physical disabilities and complex needs are well proven and we are extremely proud of our specialist team and facilities.

Pool facilities

Our pool is a 10m x 5m deck level pool with a consistent depth of 1.2m throughout and the temperature of the pool water is set to between 32-33 degrees Celsius to promote relaxation and maintain mobility.

The pool can be accessed via a ceiling track hoist, poolside lowering chair, or steadily sloped steps with handrail. The pool is attractive and well maintained and sensory lighting and music provides an enhanced relaxing pool experience.
