Job title: IT Apprentice (Support Analyst)
Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ
Salary: £7.40/hr
Working hours: 37hrs, which will include dedicated study and development time.

The IT department is a small but highly skilled team, focused on driving digital transformation across the Trust and supporting our colleagues to maintain safe IT practices. We are a customer facing team, so you will need to have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a friendly approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile. We are now looking for an apprentice to join us!
What you will learn:
- How to prioritise, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for colleagues over the phone, via our ITSM system, and face to face.
- How to troubleshoot for a variety of networking issues, from physical to Wi-Fi, and escalating these within the team when required.
- How to work within our agreed SLAs, and how to provide excellent customer service.
- How to use Active Directory & Office 365.
- How to deploy new hardware including system imaging and handover tutorials.
- The principles of cyber security.
