At Hollybank, we support adults, young people, and children with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. We provide support for education, enrichment, and day to day living as well as on-site nursing support where needed. We also offer a range of respite and short stay services, helping families and carers outside of Hollybank.

All of our teams are vital to ensuring our services remain high-quality and person-centred, and our highly skilled finance team is no different.

Key Responsibilities

  • To process supplier accounts to ensure that costs are properly recorded and that payments are only made for authorised expenditure, that assets are safeguarded, liabilities are discharged in a timely manner and compliance with VAT and other statutory regulations are achieved.
  • To count and prepare money and documentation for banking on a weekly basis, ensuring records are accurate, security measures are adhered to and deadlines are met.
  • To undertake administrative duties to assist the Finance Department such as photocopying, correspondence, typing, collection and distribution of mail and filing.
  • To check and process petty cash ensuring that all documentation is accurately recorded.
