Hollybank Trust, founded in 1954 has achieved a reputation of attaining very high care standards, working with children, young people and adults who have profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. Due to the expansion of our children’s services, we are now looking for some excellent new people to join our team in Orchard Court in Mirfield.

Orchard Court is a 7-bed home for children with profound and multiple learning disabilities. Our dedicated staff team like to organise activities and trips for the young people they support, and work with our school and therapies teams to ensure they promote indepedance and choice every day.

As a Night Senior Support Worker, your role will be as varied as the young people we care for , but day to day duties will include:

• Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
• Promoting person-centred, high quality care
• Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
• Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation
• Administering and auditing medication(s)
