Registered Manager (Rowan Court, Holmfirth)

At Hollybank, we support adults, young people, and children with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. We provide support for education, enrichment, and day to day living as well as on-site nursing support where needed.

The dedicated team at Rowan Court provide 24hr care and support to 15 adults with profound learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs, with on-hand support from our team of allied healthcare professionals.

Key aims of the role:

  • To directly lead and supervise a team social care staff and work collaboratively with the Therapy Team to ensure that quality and outcome-based care delivery is prioritised, balanced with budgetary compliance.
  • Be responsible for the quality and safety standards of a 24-hour residential service, which much meet CQC requirements.
  • Provide out of hours management support on a rota basis via an on-call process shared between other Registered Managers.
  • Be repsonsible and accountable for all aspects of social care for young adults with multiple and profound learning disabilities and complex needs.
