Senior Support Worker (Poplars, Mirfield)

As a Senior Support Worker at Poplars, your main duties will include:

  • Supporting our social care staff to provide person-centred care and support to 12 adults with learning disabilities
  • Upholding the Hollybank values and ensuring positive behaviour support guidelines are followed at all times
  • Holding supervisions with support workers and supporting them with their own development
  • Administering and auditing medications and finances to ensure the safety of our adults
