Senior Support Worker (The Beeches, Mirfield)

Role: Senior Support Worker
Location: The Beeches, Mirfield
Salary: £13.54/hr plus great benefits and enhanced rates of pay for overtime and bank holidays
Hours: 4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends. 7am – 2:30pm and 2pm – 9:30pm.

The Beeches is a thirteen-bed home with its own garden, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into two separate bungalows, it boasts a bright and spacious communal lounge, and two well-equipped kitchens. Our supportive and welcoming team work in a person-centred way to ensure the adults recieve the best quality care and are supported to achieve their goals and learn new skills.

As a Senior Support Worker at The Beeches, your role will be as varied as the amazing adults we care for , but your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
  • Promoting person-centred, high quality care
  • Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
  • Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
  • Administering and auditing medication(s)
