All training and support is provided as well as a learning packed induction period. To meet the needs of our adults, our Support Worker teams work a variety of shift patterns and hours, however we do ask that you are able to work from 7am or until 9:30pm at night depending on your weekly rota. Rotas are issued in advance, and your 4-week rota will follow a pattern, so you can always plan ahead for your days off. Shifts are typically 7.5hrs to 12.5hrs in length, including weekends. Day to day role of a Support Worker: Your days at Hollybank will be as varied as the people we support, however your typical day to day role will include:
